iPhone 16 Pro Case Questions

So, got a 16 Pro. Searched the sub for case recos and need some clarity. If it helps, this is my first iPhone. Coming from a Galaxy. Always used Spigen cases, but they always shed color or outer lamination. Otherwise, fine.

Is there anything to look out for in terms of cutouts or button covers? Is it better to have the buttons covered for some reason?

I'm looking at a case around $20 to $25. So far, the recommended ones seem to be Torras, ESR, and Supcase. Are any of them better than the other?

I do not like the clear acrylic cases. I feel like they look cheap and might be slippery to hold. I prefer something that has solid protection, but is not as bulky as my previous Spigen tough armor case. It is dual layer I believe. Maybe that's a unicorn that can't be found. The Spigen ultra hybrid is the type of clear acrylic case that I just don't like.

Is it just me or are there not that many quality companies offering cases for the 16 Pro?
