Album art not correct on many tracks

I just wanted to start off by saying I upload my own personal music from CDs to iTunes and then to my iPhone… Well recently when I was uploading some new music, several albums and the tracks on the albums are showing different album artwork belonging to other artists. It plays the correct song, but the album artwork is definitely incorrect. It only shows up like this on my phone not on actual iTunes. So there is nothing to correct on iTunes before re-uploading. I have even cleared the entire library on the phone and reloaded the music again. It took a very long time to do because I have over 6000 songs on my phone.

Any suggestions?
