Moving to Denmark from Ireland - what's it like?

Hi there, Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask!

I am considering moving to Denmark to be with my partner for a few years while I finish my studies. I'm currently working, studying and living in Ireland and wondered what to expect if we decided to move in together, and also reccomendations/advice if possible.

It's not a long term thing, we hope to eventually settle back in Ireland in the next 5 years.

We will probably be living in or around copenhagen. I don't mind being a little further since the transport has always been okay when I visit but east side is a must for living/working.

There are just a few things I'm having trouble finding out about and so I'm hesitant to move.

1) I am really into wildlife and nature and conservation. Are there any companies/organisations I can work or volunteer for? Ireland is so abundant and rich full of different landscapes, habitats, flora and fauna. Where can I learn more about danish wildlife? And good areas for hiking? (I know Denmark is not particularly mountainous)

2) is it easy for English speakers to fit in and find work? I have been learning Danish for over a year now, like any other languages I am good at reading and writing but horrible at speaking and listening in real interactions.

3) I have a dog who is about 25kg. Is there anything important I should know about transporting my dog, and any rules about dog ownership in the country that I'd need to sort out? I know he will need some documentation and vaccinations. Are they welcome on trains so I can bring him somewhere to exercise?

4) some good ways to make friends in denmark?

5) if all went well I'd plan to work in a customer service job or simple job until I find my feet maybe working as a graphic designer or something. Any reccomendations for where to look for jobs?

I think these are the main things I'm concerned about at the minute. I'm having trouble finding out all the details of certain things so I'm hesitant to move. It all seems a bit too inconvenient but I wanted to try to find out more so I can make the effort for my partner.

Hope it all makes sense!

Have a good day, thanks for reading:)
