Cravings Cravings Cravings. Does it get easier?

I used to eat two meals a day (lunch and dinner) with a lot of junk food snacking in between, easily consuming 1700-2000 calories of potato chips, plus other snacks like cakes, pastries, and donuts on top of my meals.

Three days ago, I started intermittent fasting on OMAD (dinner), and it's been a tough adjustment. The cravings have been intense, and I'm so used to junk food that cutting it out completely has been a challenge. I’ve also noticed I’m a bit more irritable.

I don’t look visibly overweight, probably due to my high metabolism, but I have a slight belly when my shirt’s off, and I want to lose it. However, I can’t stop thinking about sugary and fatty junk food.

Does anyone else relate? Do the cravings decrease as I keep at it? If you’ve been through this, what helped you stay on track?
