MIL insists on sharing a room with my husband and I every vacation?

Am I crazy or is my MIL? MIL isn’t horrible but definitely struggles with boundaries and is having trouble letting my husband (27M) go. We are currently on a ski vacation with my husbands family and some of their friends- there are 13 of us and only 4 bedrooms. My husband told his mom ahead of time that I needed my own bed (I am 4 months pregnant). When we got to the house we came up with a sleeping arrangement that everyone was happy with- my MIL would be in a bed in the room next to ours. She insisted that she sleep on and air mattress in our room and wouldn’t let anyone talk her out of it. We thought we had convinced her to sleep in the room next door but when I went to get into bed, she was asleep on a blowup mattress IN OUR CLOSET. She refused to move and my husband and I ended up having to sleep on a futon in the living room- super uncomfortable and I can’t sleep at all. This is the second vacation we have been on where she has changed up sleeping arrangements to share a room with my husband and I. It makes me very uncomfortable but I feel bad asking my husband to tell her to back off.

Is it weird to share a room with your MIL and husband or do I need to ease up a little?? I just can’t see myself ever being comfortable sharing space with both of them as I really like having private time together at the need of the day.
