Got Scammed by Ola Foods delivery guy!

So, at around 2 am today (18/12) I ordered 2 burgers, 2 coke and 2 hash browns from Burger King. I usually order late night but this thing never happened to me before. After the delivery guy took my order from BK, he was not moving at all, first I thought it was some glitch and will start moving, then I found something unusual because he was not moving from 5-7 mins, I called him and asked him, he said that police checking is going there and he is coming but he was going in the opposite direction and then after 2 mins he called and said that my location is showing at that place where he is currently at, but that place was around 2km from my place, then I said no that it can't be true because I have given correct location, he was forcing me that where he's currently at is the delivery location, then he said to whatsapp him my location and tell the otp so that he can come there, I directly said no for otp, I told him to come here give me my food then I will give you otp, He said he will contact customer care and will ask them to cancel the order, I said fine do it. After 2 mins he called me and said that he is coming to my location and send him the location on whatsapp, I did the same. He reached to me in 5 mins, and was with some other healthy guy, He again said that his map was showing different location, meanwhile I was looking at the food packet, he kept it on the footrest of the scooty, It was dark so I couldn't notice that if the packet was opened or not. He first asked me the otp and as soon I gave him the otp he handed me the opened packet and fled away from the scene, I checked the packet and it has only 2 HB and 1 burger only, he took the colddrinks and a burger from the packet. So guys first check your food first then give otp or money to the delivery guy :/ I have already tweeted the ola support about this incident.
