Will i regret joining mbbs if im not passionate enough?

Ok so since 10th grade ive been very interested in biology and the thought of becoming a doctor was quite fascinating especially doing surgery thats why i choose pcb and decided to give neet and do mbbs without thinking of how difficult it could be and how medical field IS IN INDIA and now here im am in when im almost finished with 12 grade and im so conflicted to do mbbs because of various things like especially idts i am that interested or passionate enough,then how ive seen that theres so much of studying you need to do and being a very avg student it would be quite difficult for me to put in that much amount of hardwork and fitting in with people in that field and also I WANT TO TRAVEL AND ENJOY MY 20s and you cant do that in mbbs and being a doctor and how underpaid doctors are like there are many things but its just all that ive heard and people assume thats why i want to know is it all true and are there more cons than pros being in my situation and if you all could help me it would really clear my thoughts and help my parents explain why i dont want to do mbbs anymore…and i think i have time still? Like ive to give boards and neet etc im not DOING MBBS RIGHT NOW OBV and ive time to backout? IVE WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR ADVICE !! Thankyouu
