Confused between these two

So I've been looking for a bike and I've shortlisted these two as my last options, but not able to finalize on what I should get because I don't have much knowledge and experience with bikes in this segment.

I've test ride both, and both are very good, before this I've been riding Hero Passion Pro(Old Model) and a Hero Pleasure Scooty.

My priorities are performance, mileage, long lasting, easy maintainance and comfort for both rider and pillion
