Got 4 totes and 3 mini pouches for ₹543

Bags are decent

Pouches 👝 turned out to be mini Pouches.

Overall decent purchase.

The only thing I'm bothered about it that i didn't receive ANY "FrEe giFtS" as promised on the website. (Buy 2 get a free mystery gift)

So i got 3 pairs of bags but I didn't receive nay free gift.

I tried contacting customer support but they didn't pick up. 😔

What should I do?
