US visa from UK as a current non-resident

Hi, I (22M) had applied for a US visa in the UK while I was doing my master's there. I got an appointment 2 months after my course ended, but a couple of days before my residence permit will end (I am travelling back to the UK on a new tourist visa).
I live and work in my home country and have a decent travel history (5 Eu countries in the past year, and 2 visits to Dubai). Would I face any issues while going for my interview because of my expiring residence permit or any other reason?
Also are there any documents I can bring to solidify that I intend to go back to my home country?
