Should I upgrade from iOS 15 to 17.7?

Anyone on iOS 15 on their iPhone 13 Mini and upgraded to 17 straight away? Thinking to upgrade to iOS 17.7 until it's still possible and they get rid of this update. Defenetly won't upgrade to 18, but currently I can't use a lot of apps due to not having iOS 16+.
