Tests pre op

Hello everyone, am scheduled for a total apostolic hysterectomy on the 3rd of January due to multiple large fibroids. I am 41 and healthy. Doctor doesn't want to run any tests pre op. Is that normal? My blood work is done but she said no to x-ray and ECG. I am just wanting to put myself to peace than it's ok. Thanks in advance
