how many days a week do people run?
how many days a week do people run if they are in any of the various stages of their prep for a hyrox? does anyone have info on how many days the pros run? i know the rough weekly mileage is they do is 60 (km?) but over how many sessions is that? at present in base phase, I run 4 days and if its anything shorter than an hour I add some strength or erg work to the end. but i wonder if it should be more
