New mini split hoses sweating a TON

Hey there, I need some help. I just had a mini split installed (air max 12k btu) and it’s running perfectly and so nice and quiet BUT on the outside the insulation over the coils (? Sorry I’m not sure the terminology, but the copper pipes with insulation over them) is sweating like crazy and pooling all over my patio. From what I can tell it is not in any way coming from the pan where I see others online having installed a drain pipe. it seems to be forming on top of the grey insulation. Is there anything I can do about this? It’s not a very livable set up to have my patio full of water. Any help or diy suggestions would be so helpful, thank you all! Also I am in Puerto Rico so it’s fairly hot and humid, but it’s winter now and nowhere near what it will be in the summer. Similar to south Florida. Thank you :)
