About to give up on my Wilbur graves

I got a small WB (supposedly Russia) about a year and a half ago. I purchased from someone in pon, so kept it in pon.

It grew okay (enough that I put it on a trellis at one point) and then it stalled, and then just looong tendrils, so I chopped. Put all the cuttings in pon. Took a while, but all cuttings started putting out growth. Been feeding with Dynagro, under a barrina12 for almost 24 hours a day…

I’m still having issues. Over the year+ I’ve checked it multiple times for pests (even with a microscope) and found nothing. I’m still treated it with Jack’s dead bug just in case I was missing something. Not consistently though - maybe once every other week, here and there.

The growth I’m getting now: every node loses 1 of the 2 leaves. The leaves that are sticking around are oddly shaped. One is almost ribbed and bubbled? (Not for her pleasure!!)

My assumption is that it’s flat mites, or mites of some kind. Based on the loss of leaves - creating the classic “nubs”- and the odd shaped leaves coming in. But as I mentioned, even with a microscope I can’t see anything, AND I’m still treating it regardless… and have had no improvements.

Any thoughts? I’m honestly about to chuck it (or sell it for $5, lol) I just want a beautiful WB 😩
