Need Advice - OneSixth Outfitters and Pop Collectibles

I am looking at starting my 1/6 Ranger collection with the Dino Thunder characters. Obviously I’m late to the game on a few figures, but what is everyone’s opinion on Pop Collectibles and OneSixth Outfitters?

For what it is worth, I am looking at pre-ordering the red Dino Thunder ranger on OneSixth Outfitters - as I read bad things about Pop Collectibles pre-orders.

However, Pop Collectibles is one of the only sites that has the Black ranger still in-stock. Do I trust that they actually do have him in stock and I’m not getting scammed? They say they ship 1-2 days after purchase for in stock items, but idk. Pictures for reference.
