Unknown Leak/ what are these hoses?

As I was riding I noticed steam coming from this part of the bike so I pulled over and saw that these hoses were wet. Not sure if these hoses are supposed to be sticking out freely/ if this is normal after riding for some time? One of them is connected to the coolant tank. It wasn’t oil or fuel, it was more of a water substance. After leaving it to sit there wasn’t any kind of puddles or droplets, guess it only happens when riding?
