Who is Spark Master Tape?

Basically the only people I can find working with Spark are Paper Platoon, Dat Nigga Nug and Kai Skywalker. I feel like Spark and Paper Platoon are the same person because of how meshed the beats, samples and lyrics are. I can't find anything much Dat Nigga Nug though. The only thing that pops up are songs he's done with Spark.

This leaves Kai Skywalker, a Vancouver MC with a collection on soundcloud. I feel like Spark is just an alter ego of Kai, but I may be wrong. That's would be why the voice pitching is so pervasive too.

Anybody else have any thoughts on who Spark might be?
