Big hikes in Vegas?

I’ll be in Vegas for a couple nights early April And was hoping to find some suggestions for sunrise climbs / hikes. I was googling Mt Charleston but perhaps the snow pack will be too much to handle at this time.

I would like enjoy a beautiful sunrise some where in higher elevation

Are there any other high elevation hikes I can reach without too much snow in early April? Has anyone climbed Gass Peak in April?
