Customer support (US) is not responsive for the Jarvis Fully desk - need a new control box. Any recommendations?

Hi All,

I purchased the Jarvis Fully standing desk in 2020 and it has been working flawlessly fo the last 4 years. About a month ago I started seeing the dreaded "Error 07". I tried resets, hard resets, full unplugs, etc. Nothing worked. I had been in contact with Herman Miller customer support who informed me I likely needed a new control box. Unfortunately, I didn't realize I was talking to the UK customer support and they then directed me to the US arm.

After several attempts at contacting US customer service (with the UK ticket and order number referenced) I haven't gotten a single response.

My desk is stuck in a very low position so it's starting to cause physical pain which is making this issue rather urgent.

Does anyone know of another way (other than email) to contact US support, or another way to obtain a new control box?
