How would Voldemort have lived forever?

In the case that he'd ultimately have won against Harry, how would he have achieved physical immortality? His soul is bound to earth by the horcruxes, but this wouldn't have made his body immortal or would it? Would he have to create a new body for himself every 100 years or so?
