Need Advice

My very good friend is asking me to rent a flat together , but there is a catch he is probably goona, spend a lot of time together with his girlfriend so she will be there a lot , should I move in with him or continue to live alone .We are thinking of renting a 2 bhk but still she will there a lot . P.S. I am someone who likes peace so asking for advice.
