Got my Rockman x100 pedal

Before I start complaining, Ill admit its probably me.

Im playing through an iridium into headphones (apartment)... Guitars were squire cv jazzmaster, sire h7, roadhouse strat with s1.

Right away ive learned this thing has to be front of chain. Guitar straight into it. No more gain, od, etc. You can use delay and reverb after if desired.

Its essentially a sound in a box meant to get you all the way there by itself. I even turned my compressor off.

That being said, the two distorted settings with chorus just sound like azz in my headphones. Im certain if it were coming from an amp 10ft away it'd be a lot better.

The two clean tones are fantastic. Highly compressed.

Ill keep it because ill be in a house by the end of the year playing thru a nice amp.

If anyone wants a sound demo, let me know and ill record one.

Edit... Ok, like others have said. Literally guitar >pedal>interface/Di. Its spectacular doing bends up high on tb string!
