To use or not to use??

I just opened my delivery of hay and pellets from amazon and this is exactly how they were when i opened the shipping box. The hay is supposed to be a bale of grandpas best orchard hay- its mostly all dust and the bag has no label and no sign of ever being sealed. Just gapping open with hay spilled everywhere. The bag of pellets has a good size hole in the side. Amazon has refunded the items, but would you guys still use them? I guess its a judgement call, but just wanted to consult with the herd. 😜
