Boonie Dogs

There’s a pack of Bonnie dogs around my house that have infested my house with ticks! I’ve had PestEx come by to spray multiple times but was told the issues won’t be resolved until the dogs are gone…I haven’t had luck with animal control picking them up. Is there anyone here that has other recommendations or will come remove the dogs and I’ll pay them?
