What To Buy Next

I currently have about 7 mil. I own Nightclub, Garment Factory, Bunker, Agency, Weed Farm, Coke Lockup, Meth Lab, Doc Forg, Facility, Kotsaka, Acid Lab, Autoshop, and CEO Office (Warehouse+Vehicle Warehouse). I also have Terrorbyte and MOO.

I am debating what big purchase I should make next. I am mainly debating between Hangar, Vigilante, or Toreador although I am open to any other suggestions. I am unsure about hangar only bc I already own Oppressor MK 2 and Sparrow so I don't see point in owning hangar since I already have the 2 fastest (or at least 2 of the fastest) flyers in the game. But I also dk when I'd even use the vig or the tore to begin with either. Thoughts??
