shaky footage

i have a gopro hero 11 mini and my footage turns out very shaky and im not sure why. im using 4k 60fps hyperview, and its stabilization is ON.

i have tried boost and auto boost which didnt work. i even tried factory reset but cant figure out why it keeps shaking.
