Scramble set up HELP

I’m helping plan a memorial scramble for a recently passed friend and his family. He was an avid golfer and loved the game, and they want to honor him by throwing a scramble for friends and locals.

They are sparing no expense and I’m wondering outside of the already generous prize money/ pin prizes, what else can we do that the average golfer would see and think “wow that’s really cool/nice” on the course.

Is there something the family could do more? They’re feeding everyone who plays, having a toast (free drink), giving away clubs like Scotty Cameron and Calloway elyte drivers for prizes. But they want everyone to walk away thinking the whole experience was nice regardless of winning.

So any ideas that could help honor my buddy would be appreciated, no idea to wild. ANYTHING you’ve seen at a scramble that you really dug? Thanks in advance.
