What does your development timeline look like, solo devs?

I'm curious how long tasks usually take, and how you guys block out your time!

I'm a new solo dev and concept artist who might have friends helping out once in a while, and I can work on this half part-time half fulltime. Been working on my game for a month and a half in UE5, I think im making good progress but I'm curious if there's anything I'm overlooking in planning.

Aiming to release a good quality demo for Steam Next Fest of October this year, this is my timeline if anyone wants to look timeline
