However, the same unrealistic standards of beauty they adhere to when you aim to be so cis and macho you place those same toxic unrealistic expectations on yourself. For example, FACIAL HAIR. A large majority of cis men cannot grow a full beard some are in their mid twenties and early thirties etc and have an aftershave for a beard or a mustache and four chin hairs or a “jawline” beard. Stop being so hard on yourself. STOP!.
