Am I crazy or is this art AI?

I feel like I'm the only one seeing this, but this weird ass dinosaur looks like an AI made it. AI is really bad at doing symmetry, and I think it gets very obvious around the head area. The teeth, the horns, it just doesn't look like someone thinking it through while painting it. It's all just mush to me.
