Refurbished SSDs???

Hi everyone! I saw this on the site. The price is crazy cheap: 20$ for 256 and 30$ for 512, 50$ for 1TB Gen4 nvme drive from a trustworthy brand. According to WD, the 1TB has 600tbw resource, and 5000/4500 speeds. So the only question is what exactly refurbished ssd mean, how many tb already written and what does the refurbishing process exactly look like.
