Am I going mad, or did Ridoc drain a wyvern in Rhi’s POV?! The spread of gray sounds suspiciously like the description of Venin draining magic - and if a desiccated wyvern corpse hit the ground, it would make sense for it to break in half. Someone please tell me I’m reading this wrong!
