Is There Anyway to Fix This Survival Run?

I’ve been playing survival for the first time and recently reached level 40 and started to complete the main quest line. I just killed the coursier at Greentech Genetics and came back to the railroad and the door appears to be open but is actually shut and will not let me get into the Railroad. I tried using the dial to open the door again and my previous saves all have the same issue. Am I screwed? Any help would be appreciated
