Playing On AMD Graphics Card

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to play Fallout NV on a computer using a Radeon 6700 XT? I have tried the intel HD pass which leads to the game being a buggy mess, and the DXVK mod which just makes the game run at 10 fps unless you display it in a small window. Without either “fix” the game just launches and crashes at the first loading screen.
