Workouts safe for SI joint pain?

Hi everyone :) I posted here some time ago about what kind of exercise to do when everything hurts, and everyone was super nice so I wanted to ask another question. I've been going to PT now for both my pelvic floor and SI joint pain, that is mainly located on the right and usually gets worse with asymmetrical movement. I will get dry needling for it soon. Walking in more than a slow speed or the elliptical are not great workouts for me anymore :( I was wondering if anyone has a strength training routine safe for SI joint pain, meaning mainly symmetrical exercises like squats, or.. is there anything besides squats?! We don't have a rowing machine at the gym at work and I'm not ready to take up swimming yet because I don't really like it much. Thanks for any advice and inspiration on exercises!
