Buttons coming off from the hooded Cruiser

After around a week of wear i started seeing the thread of the buttons coming loose. Not a good look for a such an expensive jacket. This has now spread to all the buttons on the front. None of them have come off yet.

Any similar experiences? Rest of the jacket is top notch.
