Lawsuits about the RTO being breach of contract for officially remote workers?

Does anyone know of any lawsuits against the RTO? When searching the places that are tracking suits against the administration nothing along these lines has been included. This is a breach of contract for many workers who received job offers for fully remote positions/are classified as officially remote. Nothing from the unions even, afaik. Curious if anyone is aware of something like this
