Difference between Fantasy and Paranormal?

resisting the urge to apologize for asking a stupid question because there's no stupid questions amiright!?

Anyway, I didn't really realize there was a difference between paranormal and fantasy until joining this sub a few months ago. I've just always considered almost everything fantasy and ghosts specifically paranormal... Which I'm realizing is super not accurate to the publishing/book world.

Can someone help me understand where the lines are and also why (I'm genuinely curious how and why things are labelled).
