Three Cheers for Quarterbacks
I've loved Quarterbacks every week of this rotation. The Offense pod is tough and gutsy, with all three cardio machines, and sometimes cardio exercises in between (like burpee plate jumps today). 55s x 2 is a longer duration than most other F45 workouts and my studio encourages you to keep going in the 20s break if you're on a machine - so that's over 2 minutes the erg and you only have 20s to recover and transition to the next station.
The Defense pod is resistance, but you're still catching your breath after the Offense pod so you're getting a cardio workout while training strength. A bit like a Barry's "Dirty Thirty" (if I'm allowed to mention it here) where you have a single long run and are trying to recover throughout the floor round.
A great addition to the schedule and I'd love to see it back in the future.
