[Mazzer Philos] Damage on arrival

Ordered a Philos, which arrived super quickly but a bit bent out of shape on arrival. Slight tilt off vertical and the base warped a bit. The thing is built like a tank, so I’m not sure how it happened - either it left the factory with damage, or it must have taken a massive beating during shipping (but the packaging looked ok). It’s built too sturdy to “pop it back” as well.

I’ve been trying to get hold of mazzer but they’re unresponsive to emails and I can’t find a phone line. Anyone have a number/contact that works?

Here’s a pic of the warp. I only realised once I’d set it up and was like “wait, shouldn’t this be vertical? “ 😂

It actually makes nice coffee but I’m assuming everything being on a tilt isn’t gonna be a good idea long term.
