Anything to Improve?
I’m using a Bambino Plus with Baratza Encore ESP grinder. 17grams in, I got beans from my local coffee shop and they were roasted on 2/16 (a little over two weeks ago). I think they’re medium roast, it wasn’t labeled and I don’t know enough to be able to tell.
When I grind finer I get more channeling. Any tips?
