Is Radahn really Radahn?

Guys i couldn't find anyone talking about this so i decided to create this post, but in the Radahn Consort of Miquella fight he uses a bloodflame attack, there is one move where he cuts the air and the sword trail is red and then explode exacly like Mohg did. Does the whole using Mohg to ressurrect Radahn thing leave something from Mohg behind in "Radahn" body, or is Radahn not really Radahn?
