Downloaded files won't open

I purchased Dungeondraft and downloaded the two files, including the installer, but the file types don't seem to be recognized, they won't execute/open. The two file names are "Dungeondraft-1.0.3.2-stable-Win64" and "Dungeondraft-1.0.4.2-Win64". How to I get these files to open on my computer? Can't find anything online about this problem. I'm using Windows 11. Thanks.
