Looking for help with drawing please, I wanna start a WEBTOON comic I have the plot already and character designs but if possible I would like some criticism on where I could do better please

I am well aware that I’m not good at drawing, this is something I aim to improve heavily on. I would just like to hear from some people here on what areas I should focus more heavily on than others if that’s okay? Some things I already know I struggle with are proportions, hands and drawing women.
