DAI: Anything i have to do in the Hinterlands before taking out the Mages/Templars?

Title, basically. Just trying to remember if there are any quests that get closed off by taking out the primary mage or templar camps in the Hinterlands (more worried about potentially missing agents if any are contingent, but any quests at all would be good to know about).
