[No DAV Spoilers] Starting the entire series with Origins! What are good companions to keep close if I want to play through every game in the series?

I’m basically interested in if specific Origins companions are really good picks to have around, to be even more immersed in the sequel games! Like if characters end up having really relevant personal stories or appearing again.

I tried to google this and I started seeing some plot spoilers for future games so I got spooked and stopped!

In Origins I have already met a big cast of companions — Alistair, Leliana, Morrigan, Shale, Wynne, Zevran.

No plot spoilers please, but I’m super fine with the high level spoilers like that characters will return.
