Anyone else getting terrible on time rate?
On the old system I had 90% on time rate, but ever since they switched to the new system I keep racking up the late deliveries. I haven't changed a single thing but gone from 10% late to 22 out of my last 40 orders being late. Is it because before you had 5 extra minutes before it was counted as late and now we don't get that grace period anymore?
