Just wondering 🤔

Bf just started doordash a couple weeks ago. Has had a repeat customer that seemingly has been sick the entire time. He pulled up this morning and there were 10 or so doordashed diet cokes in the front of her house that haven't been picked up for days. Anyways his second visit to her today she asks him to pick up mcdonalds for her. Also worth mentioning her responses are the same exact wording every time. Is that weird to anyone else? FYI he didn't do mcdonalds run.
