Local Chick-fil-A reports food "Ready" when actually not?

Curious the implications (if any) to this.

My local Chick-fil-A will always report the order as "Ready" even though it still is being prepared, typically 5-10 more minute wait. I get a notification through the DoorDash app that the food is ready and while I'm standing there, I can see them still preparing it or they'll let me know it's still being prepared.

Is this them trying to make it seem like they're getting orders ready on time to DoorDash?
